John Macaskill

Jon is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and has been a Navy SEAL since 2003. Over his years in the Navy, he has dealt with physical pain, anxiety, and depression. He has gone down several paths to help but was introduced to mindfulness drills and meditation in June of last year. Since then, by doing these as part of his daily routine, he has experienced greater relief than through any other process or medicine and is now a believer, a practitioner, and a teacher of mindfulness and meditation.
